Time warp.



I had a really long sensitive artist post about Jim's farewell show, how that dude's 30th birthday was inadvertently the reason I moved here, my love of Chicago, hardcore and how it changed my life, this being my first time ever seeing Cro Mags, Merauder reminiscing, and all that. But I'm long winded and rambly, plus that's some www.livejournal.com shit, so I'm just going to post these sick photos of Left Hand Path and Dan Pollack double fisting mics and Jorge being the almighty god of GANGSTA METAL, because I'm a sentimental blogger...or something. Memorieeeees. At 26 I feel young as fuck, but thinking about seeing LHP at the KoC or my first time seeing Merauder (and my first time seeing a display of dudes defending a chick's honor in a faux race-riot, awww), seems like it was so long ago, when I still felt new to this city.
